How to invite your customers to Fixture

Step by step

Choose who to invite
In Customers, choose Invite customers and pick the people you want to ask. You can invite everyone on your list in one go, or just a few.
Emails go out from you
Customers with an email address get an invitation with your name on it. Replies come straight to you.
Send the rest yourself
For customers without an email address, Fixture Pro steps through them one at a time and opens WhatsApp or a text on your own phone with the message filled in. You press send.
One reminder, then nothing
If an emailed invitation isn't opened, one reminder goes a week later. You can send an invitation again once yourself.
No means no
Anyone who chooses Don't invite me again won't be invited again, by email or any other way. Their customer page will say they asked not to be invited.

The words your customers see

These are the words Fixture Pro uses, shown for a made-up trade, Sam's Home Services, and a customer called Jo. Your own name goes in where Sam's is.

Who can I invite?

People you already work for. Fixture Pro's invitations are for your own customers, sent from you when you choose.

How many reminders do my customers get?

One at most, a week after an emailed invitation if it isn't opened, and nothing after that.

What happens if a customer says no?

If they choose Don't invite me again, Fixture Pro won't let you invite them again, and their customer page says so.

Do my customers pay anything?

No. A household linked to you uses Fixture free while the link lasts.
