Can I change what someone sees later?
Yes. An owner can change anyone's access, area by area, at any time, and the change applies straight away.

This page explains how Fixture keeps your home private: who can see what, where your records are kept, and how to take them with you or delete them. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Your home's records are yours. Nobody else sees them unless you invite them or share something with them.
When you invite someone, you choose what they can see, area by area, such as the inventory, documents, maintenance, trades, energy, and costs and values.
Your records, sign-in and files are stored by Supabase in London. The app itself runs on Vercel in London.
Today Fixture uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. Anything else would need your consent first, and the cookie notice would list it.
Download your data, in your account, gives you a PDF, a spreadsheet or a complete archive with your photos and files, whenever you like.
You can delete your account from your Account page. You confirm with your password or a code we email you, and your records are deleted, except the logs we must keep for a while (the privacy notice lists them). Homes you share with another owner stay with them. If you rent, end the tenancy or leave the home first.
