Fixture Pro is the app for local trades who look after the same homes week after week. Your round, your diary, your customers and who has paid sit on your phone, and the homes you work for can link to you in their own Fixture app, free.

When a household links to you, they use Fixture free while the link lasts. They see your visits on their week, can ask you to move one or add an extra, and can tell you when they've paid. You keep your customers, and they get a reason to stay in touch.

Already have a list? Invite everyone on it in one go, each as their own invitation with one reminder.
How it works
- Choose the customers to invite.
- Those with an email address get their invitation by email. For the rest, Fixture Pro steps through each one by WhatsApp or text from your own phone.
- Anyone who says no thanks isn't invited again.

New customers in one inbox
Requests from your join link and your QR card wait in New customers, with the person's first name, town and the first half of their postcode. You decide who to take on before you see more. Fixture Pro shows how quickly you usually reply, so you can keep on top of it.
Get paid
Customers pay you directly, by bank transfer, standing order or cash, the way they do now. When a linked customer says they've paid, you confirm it with one tap. Money shows what's been paid to you this week and this month, and who still has something to pay.
Get found
You can set up your listing and your service menu in Fixture Pro. New trades are checked by a person before they appear to anyone new; your own customers can use Fixture Pro with you straight away.

A person at Fixture looks at your business before you can appear to anyone new. It doesn't stop you working with your own customers.

What is Fixture Pro?
The app for local trades who work for the same homes again and again: cleaners, window cleaners, gardeners, heating engineers, electricians and more. It keeps your diary, your customers and who has paid in one place.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You sign up with your name, email and a password. There's no card to enter.
Do my customers have to use Fixture?
No. You can keep every customer in Fixture Pro whether or not they ever link to you. The ones who do link get your visits on their own week, and use Fixture free while the link lasts.
What does a linked customer see?
Your visits at their home, what's still to pay, how you like to be paid, and the requests between you. They never see your other customers, your diary or your money.
How long does the check take?
A person looks at every new trade, and we'll email you if we need anything else. While you wait, you can add your customers and use Fixture Pro with them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Fixture Pro works in your phone's browser, and on a computer for the evening paperwork. Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app.
Can I bring my customer list over?
Yes. Paste your list or upload a spreadsheet, with each customer's address and how often you go, and Fixture Pro builds your round from it.
How do my customers hear from me?
From you, on your own phone. Fixture Pro opens WhatsApp, a text or an email with the message ready, and you press send yourself.
My trade isn't one of the five pages. Can I still join?
Yes. Plumbers, decorators, chimney sweeps, handymen and other trades can sign up and choose their trade from the full list.
