When should I ask for a review?
Once the job is finished. In Fixture you don't need to ask: every completed job gets the same one card and one email.
Asking customers for reviews should be simple and fair: ask once the job is done, ask everyone, and never offer anything in return. Here's how that looks in Fixture, and what Google's own rules say.
In Fixture, a review can only come from a home that had a completed job with you: a booking you marked done, or a visit on a round linked to the home. It can be written for 30 days after the job, and there's one review per job.
Fixture asks every completed job the same way, with one card in the app and one email, whatever happened. You can't choose, trigger or stop it, so you don't need to ask for reviews in Fixture yourself.
You can reply once, in public, to each review, and you can report one to us with a reason. You can't hide, edit or delete a review. Nothing is ever offered for a review in Fixture.
If you have a Google Business Profile, Google's help pages say you can ask customers to leave a review by visiting a Google link or scanning a QR code, and that it's good to reply to reviews.
Google's content policy doesn't allow reviews that were paid for, or given in exchange for an incentive such as payment, discounts or free goods or services. It also doesn't allow a business to discourage negative reviews or to ask only the customers it expects to leave positive ones, and it asks businesses not to require or pressure customers to leave a review while on the premises.
Reviews based on a conflict of interest, such as from staff, family or competitors, aren't allowed either. If you think a review breaks Google's policies, Google's help pages say you can flag it.
UK consumer law also bans fake reviews and reviews that hide that they were incentivised. The Competition and Markets Authority has a short guide for businesses.

No. Fixture never offers anything for a review, and Google's policy doesn't allow incentives for reviews either.
You can reply once, in public, and report it to us with a reason if it breaks the reviews policy. A review is never removed because it's negative.
