Acceptable use

Don’t use the apps to

• break the law, or store or share anything unlawful, harmful or that you don’t have the right to share;
• post fake, paid-for or concealed-incentivised reviews, or review your own business or one you’re connected to;
• spam, harvest or scrape people or listings, or invite people you have no relationship with;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, including trades and tenants;
• pretend to be someone else, or hold an account for someone without their permission;
• test, probe or get around our security or access rules, or access data you aren’t allowed to see (security researchers: contact us first);
• overload the service, or use automated tools against it beyond normal use.

What happens if you do

We may remove content, hold reviews, remove listings or badges, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity. We tell you why unless we can’t.
